Contactless Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer a Contactless Click & Collect in these challenging times.
How it works:
1. Place your order online as normal
2. Choose local pick up at the very end of check out options. Complete your purchase.
3. Wait for our Click & Collect email instructions when your parcel is ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, we are unable to give the products to you on the same day, as we would still be processing the previous order, but if it is a rush order, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
4. Drive to our facility in Vermont 3133 when your order is ready and let the receptionists know that you are picking up parcel from Tiny Paper Co.
There's no minimum order for Click & Collect, if you have any questions, please chat to us via Instagram @tinypaperco or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we are more than happy to help.
How much does shipping cost for Australian Orders?
Small Standard Shipping - $10.95 for all orders weighing up to 2 kg.
Medium Standard Shipping - $14.95 for all orders between 2-5kg.
Bulky Standard Shipping - $29.95 for all orders between 5-10kg.
EXPRESS (currently not offering express at the moment - please email us for a quote)
You are paying for express delivery, the order still need to be processed in the queue along with other orders. If you need a parcel sent urgently, please advise us after you made the order and we will try our best to expedite the dispatch.
All items are generally in stock unless stated otherwise (preorders etc) and we will advise you when the items will be in stock or normally it will be written on the product page itself.
Contact us for orders over 25 kg.
All shipments include tracking number and require signature on delivery for all Australian orders. Please note that tracking may only be available partially if our partner shipping company use a third party local courier to deliver to regional areas.
PARCELS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL CORRECT SHIPPING CHARGE HAS BEEN PAID.
When will I receive my goods?
Once we received your order and payment is processed, it generally takes up to 48-72 hours (except weekend and public holidays) for orders to be dispatched. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped from Melbourne. Generally it takes few days longer to ship to regional areas, it may take up to 14-28 days before you receive your parcel and it just depends on the third party shipping company's timeline.
Unfortunately we are not offering International Shipping at the moment.
Do you provide gift wrapping service?
Yes, we do. Gift wrapping is available for $2.50 per individual item. Available gift wrapping options are gender neutral theme and Christmas gift wrapping (from October onwards).
Please add the gift wrapping product in your cart according to the number of toys you want to gift wrap, for example if you purchase two toys and would like for the toys to be wrapped separately, please add two gift wrapping units in the shopping cart. If there's only one gift wrapping unit added, we will combine the two toys and gift wrapped it as one item.
